In this course students learn very practical math. This is a good course for students who struggle in math and are not planning on going to university. Students learn how to do currency exchanges and unit pricing. There is a unit on different ways of earning an income. Area, length and volume are taught in both metric and imperial measure. Also similarity of figures and some basic trigonometry is covered.
