Math Bags - Kindergarten and Grade 1

Math Bags can be used as independent activities for your Kindergarten child. Create each Math bag by putting the appropriate materials into a large Ziploc bag that has a sliding seal. Teach your child how to set up the activity, do the activity and clean up the activity. Use a large container to store your Math bags and make them available for your child to use during free time and quiet time. The activities are open-ended making them easy to extend upon once your child is ready for a more difficult task.
