Welcome to the exciting and fulfilling world of independent schooling.  At-home learning is a natural extension of what you have already begun and is a wonderful and proven means by which your personal values will be inculcated into your children’s future training.  Anchor Academy, after 22 committed years, continues to create more innovative ways to benefit families like yours.  Our mission statement is “to train boys and girls to love and serve Jesus Christ through home-delivered, kindergarten-thru-high-school educational programs” (Deuteronomy 6:4-9).  We have graduated students to over 30 different post-secondary institutions in Canada and USA.

 

Anchor Academy’s focused direction is to:

 

~ provide a wide range of options in curricula and services, allowing you to pick and choose to fit your situation and budget.  We provide three distinct ways of homeschooling: homeschool registered, International Program and BC Distributed Learning Program.  Each program option has unique features (e.g. tuition-free, generous funding available, parent discounts).  Contact the school for more information.

 

~ offer Christian workbook and electronic curriculum from several mainstream publishers.

 

~ provide a full range of services for those who desire a high school diploma and transcript for university or college.

 

~ provide supervised cross cultural experiences in third world countries.

 

Our mandate dictates that we provide everything your family will need from preschool to college entrance, both in curriculum and educational services.
